Challenges and solutions
Utility vehicle manufacturer Langendorf GmbH set Seidel & Friends Consulting the challenge of implementing a change of provider. The main aim was to save costs.
Seidel & Friends Consulting therefore took over the full transfer of the existing mobile and fixed network connections to Vodafone. Communication with both providers and the actual transition were the main tasks here. Seidel & Friends Consulting continued to monitor the process after the transition had taken place. Challenges such as the outages of defective devices were dealt with promptly in contact with the provider. The resolution of commercial requirements and issues was also part of the service.
